Some of these products were even developed before the cloud! I talk about management, leadership, e-commerce, AI and tech. ## What do you do? I'm the **CTO and Managing Partner** at [BÆRskin Tactical](https://baerskintactical.com), been here building the tools, tech and people since the brand's early days in 2021. I'm also an **Ambassador** at the [MACH Alliance](https://machalliance.org/), where I help advocate for open and best-of-breed enterprise technology in e-commerce ecosystems. My previous roles include working at a few startups ([that you might](https://www.wired.com/story/europe-hottest-startups-2021/) or [might not have heard of](https://useflow.tech/)). I have also done a lot of consulting work for companies in various fields, from small ones to large enterprises, including banks, airlines, consumer goods, car makers, NGOs and government. I'm also a mentor for [Codebase](https://thisiscodebase.com/), mentoring startups in the [TechScaler](https://techscaler.org/) and [Barclays Eagle Labs](https://labs.uk.barclays/) programs across Scotland and the UK.
